With a factory coating, we ensure that the connecting parts and construction site connections are cut out, which we then only coat on site after assembly.
The advantage of a factory coating is, in most cases, that it is independent of seasons and weather conditions. The weather resistance of the applied material ensures that the effort for transport and storage is minimized. Serious damage during loading or transport is now a thing of the past.
If we carry out the coating on site, modern work platforms, sprayers and climate measuring devices help us to carry out a proper coating.
The layer thicknesses for epoxy fire protection coatings vary depending on the area of application and the desired protection class. However, the maximum layer thickness per application pass is higher and the curing time is lower than with conventional dam-forming fire protection systems, thus ensuring a shortening of the coating time.
